3. Service Description
Astra Pulse AI provides algorithmic trading software designed to analyse financial markets and execute trades automatically based on pre-defined logic and market structure. The Software is not investment advice, and no guarantee is made as to profits or losses. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You also warrant that you are authorised (if a business entity) to bind the entity to these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in your use of the Service.
5. Licence and Access
Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable Subscription fees, Astra Pulse AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Software for your own trading account(s). All intellectual property rights, including the Software, algorithms, models, and documentation, remain the sole property of Astra Pulse AI.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
You agree to pay all fees specified for your chosen Subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Astra Pulse AI reserves the right to modify its fees, introduce new fees or discontinue the Service at any time, on reasonable notice.
7. Risk Disclosure & No Guarantee
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Software may suffer errors, delays, or losses and may not be suitable for all users. You fully accept and assume all such risks. Astra Pulse AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Acceptable Use & User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, adapt or tamper with the Software;
Share your Account credentials or allow others to access your Account;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
Use the Service in violation of any applicable trading regulation or brokerage rule.
9. Termination & Suspension
Astra Pulse AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms. On termination, your licence ends, you lose access to the Software, and you must cease all use of the Service. Fees paid prior to termination are not refundable.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the Service you consent to our collection and use of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
